Street permit parking is available for two vehicles. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay.

It's a short walk to the Short North District and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market. The Greater Columbus Convention Center, Downtown Columbus area, and Nationwide Arena Stadium are a short drive away. It also offers easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Breaking any of these house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
