Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. The clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom may not be suitable for elderly.
