Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet, per night, with a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay, subject to host approval. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. A romance package and a birthday package are also available for an additional cost.

Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with neighbors, some city or neighbor noise may be expected. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room to ensure a restful sleep. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Exterior video surveillance is in place for security. Quiet hours are observed between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over the reservation guest count. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children.
