Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is located outside to monitor activity. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
