Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No photography or any commercial use on the premises is allowed without written permission from the trusted partner. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. No loud music is allowed at any time, and noise-detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed, and exterior video surveillance located outside may be used to monitor activity. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee.
