The first floor contains the living room space and kitchen area. The second floor contains the master bedroom with one king-size bed, laundry, and the master bathroom. The third floor has two additional king-size beds.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Street permit parking is available for one car. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50.

The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are a 5-minute walk away, and the Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Downtown Columbus area, Kroger Food Market, and Ohio State University campus are less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/uber away, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. Additional (unregistered) guests are not allowed unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
