Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $100. Breaking house rules will result in a $500 charge per occasion and per broken rule. Any violation of the no-smoking policy discovered after check-out will result in the cost of the next day's reservation plus a $300 additional cleaning fee. Any violation of the no parties/gatherings policy will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction. Any violation of the unregistered guest policy will result in a $50 extra guest fee per unregistered guest per night, plus a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee.
