Outstanding community We lived at Highpoint on CC for almost 3 years and had an outstanding experience. The office staff was responsive and seemed to know the residents by sight and the maintenance crew is, in my opinion, the absolute best. The location was amazing and the access to the Commons, and all the activities there, was a huge bonus. All of this comes at a premium and Columbus' rental market is tough. We were sad to move away but found we were getting priced out of the downtown market.... However, if it fits your price range we would highly recommend Highpoint on Columbus Commons for its outstanding staff and fabulous location.

Thoughts We are about 3 months into our 2nd 15 month lease. I would say my experience with the maintenance staff and the office staff remains a very positive 5 rating. We have been very comfortable in our apartment and continue to enjoy our time in the 614. I was pleased to see that the apartment admin has migrated over utilizing the electronic messages functionality in the Highpoint app.
