Freezer Caden came within minutes of my request, I was so thankful. He has been great working with me trying to figure out why some things have defrosted in my freezer. The problem seems to be only on the bottom shelf of the freezer door. We are keeping a check on it over the weekend, might need to get a new seal. Thanks Caden for your help.

Snow removal The management did an excellent job with keeping the ground’s manicured in the summer and leaf clearing in the fall. They were also responsive to a couple of maintenance issues in our unit. However, the snow and ensuing cold must have caught them off guard because the parking lot near our units lacked proper snow removal and once the snow froze the lot was in poor shape until the the thaw. If not for the snow issue I would have considered a 5 rating.

Professional Service The sink and dishwasher leak were fixed thoroughly and efficiently. The work was done professionally, and everything was left clean and in great condition. I truly appreciate the quality and care put into the repair. Thank you for the service.
