I asked for a paper copy when the lease was signed. When I didn’t receive it, I went into the office to inquire, in total, I waited 3 weeks. Going on 9 years here, no carpet cleaned. Waited almost 4 years to get a window that leaked. People in the office are so nice but I also understand they don’t make the rules. I just wish they took as good of care to the inside of the apartments as they do the outside.

Freezer Caden came within minutes of my request, I was so thankful. He has been great working with me trying to figure out why some things have defrosted in my freezer. The problem seems to be only on the bottom shelf of the freezer door. We are keeping a check on it over the weekend, might need to get a new seal. Thanks Caden for your help.
