DONT MOVE HERE!! They charge all of these extra fees for nothing!! Me and my bf had to pay a deposit and first months rent to even move in here. This place will milk you dry! And the area is getting bad with crime

I think the title says it all! Except that there are stray cats everywhere, so expect doodoo. Maintenance does what they can, but some of these units have serious plumbing problems and/leaky rooftops. Yes, they are roomy, but are they worth $1400+? They would make a lot of folks happy if they ditched the Wi-Fi service that's "included" - $65/mo isn't a deal, Steeplechase. Let us choose our own service provider. Far from luxury. Oh yeah, invest in a ring cam to watch your vehicle. A lot of car... break-ins and vehicle theft for several months.

I’m a current resident and it’s been a wild rollercoaster when it comes to management. For one they don’t answer their phones, ever! They only respond to emails and that’s when they feel good and ready. Maintenance never comes and fix anything so if you plan on living here I hope you’re ready to be hands on and fix things yourself. There’s a bunch of hidden fees that they don’t tell you about either, make sure they don’t try to pull a fast one on you when it comes to that. The only reason why I... give it 3 stars is because of the area. It’s very quiet and the neighbors are friendly

Steeplechase Village is a friendly neighborhood. The apartments have alot of space with all new amenities. If you ever have a issue they get to it in a reasonable time. Been here for almost 2 years and we have had no issues.
