Maintenance request I put my request in for an emergency order over the weekend and got a call with a promise by a technician to at least come by and take a look at what was needed to repair my overflowing toilet tank but the technician never showed up or called back to give a reason.
Finally got a lady technician who was very professional and completed the work in timely manner.
Front desk clerk was very rude I must share

So, so needy! Let’s be very clear. I am high-maintenance. This place is not cheap. I have placed no less than 4 maintenance requests since December. Screen replacement, slow drains, fridge seal leaking, front door smart lock battery replacement, dishwasher leaking, bedroom doors not closing properly, etc. I am sure I have forgotten about some of them. Oh yes, stinky dishwasher and dripping bathroom tap! The AC we will discount because it needed special parts. The receptionist knows us by name... and she is a LOVE! Amazing! Each and every request finished, usually in one trip, even on a Friday night (smart lock). I have no complaints!!!!
