Safety is an issue

Our car was broken into about a week ago and we learned that there were multiple other break-ins and car thefts. We asked management to let people know to increase safety through awareness and they refused multiple times. Since then there has been two more break-ins and still management refuses to send an email.

Water damage in the unit and it's only 2 years old, lots of AC units needed repair, the internet is throttled to an average of 30Mbps and they force you to use their own middle-man...
company. The view is nice but management minimizes issues and uses AI responses and sends "per my last email" responses when doing it themselves.

On May 15, we sent a community-wide resident alert advising... all to be watchful as neighbors and report any suspicious activity to police. We agree that keeping residents informed is essential
Regarding your AC reference, unfortunately an audit found no submitted requests related to your apartment’s AC. If you are experiencing an issue, please reach out so we can address it right away. We’ve invested in improvements to our upper-level apartments along with improvements to pressure issues, resulting in few reported service issues.
Internet concerns are not common and generally resolved through our free in-home troubleshooting. Our records show our service offer was declined, but we’re always here to help if you’d like to revisit service with us.
Lastly, we’re sorry if any of our responses felt impersonal. We always strive to treat each concern with the care and attention it deserves. If you’d be open to discussing any of these items further, I would love the opportunity to speak with you directly.
