Living here 3 plus years
Having resided here for a couple of years, I recently wrote a review. Now, having lived here for over three years, I am pleased to report that everything remains satisfactory.
When maintenance is required, they arrive promptly, which is truly commendable. I have heard of places where service takes weeks to be provided. The maintenance crew is efficient, and if they cannot immediately resolve an issue, they find a suitable solution.
The office manager is very pleasant, fair, and efficient. He... treats everyone with respect and dedicates time to address each person's concerns.
While I have not personally experienced any crime, I cannot speak for others. However, I feel safe and comfortable in my residence.
The only concern I have is that my rent has increased by almost a hundred dollars each year. I am curious about the limit, and I understand that this is likely a company policy and not a reflection of the staff's actions. I suspect this is a common occurrence everywhere.
