Great First-time Apartment

I've lived here for at least a year, and learned about living indenpendently other than college! Good communication between the Prime Residence managers and I on different topics. Renters can safely pull into and out of the parking lots due to the traffic light!

As a bonus, I got excited to hear internet and cable were included in my rent!

Great location and staff!

I really love the location of this complex! So close to great schools and my favorite stores. Not to mention that the staff is great and is always willing to help however they can. Highly recommend!

Awesome Apartment

Been here since 2021 and just renewed my lease. I love this place for the following reasons:
1. Location. It’s very close to my work, gym groceries, restaurants and parks. Its proximity makes my routine pretty convenient. Everything is just 10minutes away or less.
2. Good neighborhood. I always feel safe in the area. It’s quiet. People are also courteous.
3. Maintenance and Manager respond quickly. They always make sure the tenant’s concerns are being addressed.

Nice and Quiet

This place is great! They're maintenance is very quick and it's easy to get a hold of anyone if you have any issues or questions! The thing I like the most about this place is how quiet it is. I can't hear anyone around me unless they're in the hallway or I'm in the hallway. It's a nice and quiet place to live with lots to do around it!
