Prime Estates at Miamisburg

Reeks of smoke, paint over EVERYTHING, ROACHES!!!!!!!!! Roach eggs INSIDE the counter space, leaking air conditioning to the point of flooding & terrible management.

Management and maintenance have went above and beyond to help get settled and respond to minor issues immediately! Staff has really made the difference in feeling at home!

Initially upon move in, the staffing at the time was very lazy, irresponsible and disregarding, most definitely including management. I had multiple issues that went unresolved, until the new management (Mariah) came to this location. Mariah has always been kind, straightforward, and diligent with any issue I have had. She has had a positive impact on the property since arrival and she still has more to come to improve Miamisburg Estates. We appreciate what you’ve already accomplished for the... property! I have lived here for a few months now and I must say the new management is the best. They are super helpful and will openly communicate. Maintenance issues have been solved I. The blink of an eye and they really go above and beyond to help with anything. I couldn't be more thankful for the office and property manager, she really is the best!

Mold & mice infestation! It has been a nightmare trying to deal with the problems we’ve had the last year and a half. The bottom floor apartments have heavy mold according to our neighbors who have even brought it to their attention and nothings been done. The middle and top floors all have reported mice infestations. We even called the health department who called the main office and were told that no formal complaints have been filed when we know 7 out of 12 units in our building have filed... complaints with the office and 1 with the city. READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY because apparently it states they are not responsible for rodent removal when in reality the wording says “pest” control.
