Austin Park Apartments Review – 10 Stars!
I absolutely love living at Austin Park Apartments in Miamisburg, Ohio. The apartments are simply gorgeous. The layout has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience and community. I love how the kitchen is opened to the living space and there is so much natural light in every room. In my apartment, the kitchen is opened to the dining room and the living room creating a wonderful flow and a feeling of spaciousness. It features a large bar in... the middle where friends and family can eat and socialize. It’s perfect for creating a sense of community. So much thought went into the lighting design. It featuring three different lighting layers from ceiling lights, track lights and pendulum lights over the bar. It all fosters a warm and cheerful environment.
Additionally, Austin Park Apartments are loaded with closet space. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and the guest bedroom has a sizable closet as well. There is plenty of kitchen cabinet space and a significant pantry. The bathroom sports two sinks, under and between sink storage cabinets and a floor to ceiling cabinet as well. The tub/shower is very spacious and comfortable. Additionally, these apartments are well insulated from noise and weather. It’s so quiet here.
In the center of the apartment complex, there is a beautiful pool and three different types of seating: the typical lounge chairs, round tables with umbrellas and chairs and also two large outdoor couches with pergolas. Near the pool is an exception outdoor grill.
The clubhouse is stunning! It features a cathedral ceiling design with couches and fireplace, lots of different seating and workplace options and it also has a billiard room, a yoga studio and a weight/exercise room. You couldn’t ask for more friendly and helpful staff. They feel like family members. And every time I have had a maintenance issue, someone showed up within an hour each time to fix the problem.
The Austin Park Apartments are located right beside nature a park with numerous hiking trails, picnic shelters and picnic tables. The complex is located right across the street from the Austin Landing Shopping Center making everything you need easily accessible.
Without reservation, this apartment complex is a ten out of ten! And the costs is surprisingly reasonable!
