Great Potential, Poor Upkeep

I’ve lived here for two years and have watched the building steadily become more rundown in appearance and maintenance. The historic character is great, but the property is consistently dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly is beginning to look abandoned. Whitney and the office staff seem nice enough, but issues often go unresolved and maintenance concerns persist. It’s frustrating because this building has so much potential if it were properly cared for.

Cool Building but unkept and rundown

the building is cool and historic but the property is unkept, dirty, and just rundown looking. smells of weed and animal urine in the halls.has great potential but stinks and is rundown. staff doesnt seem to maintain the place. roof has cool views but dirty and broken furniture. decent location tho.

2 years in & loving it

I moved into the LaSalle Apts just under 2 years ago & I've loved every minute of living here. And it's gotten even better over the last year (a newly added "Take a book/Leave a book" in the lobby being an awesome addition!). Everyone in the office is always so helpful & so friendly. Add to that an amazing maintenance crew, a rooftop deck & being in the heart of downtown inside a historic building (Toledo's LaSalle Department store of "long ago") and it makes for an absolutely perfect place to... call home.

Lasalle Apartments

Don't move here RUN there are No Amenities here. You are made to pay for lights in the hallway along with your own water, garbage, and whatever else they can come up with. The floors Smell so bad, I have never seen the supposed security guard that should be here. Cars stolen and broken into.
