Rate & Review I have lived at Chardonnay since November 2025. I left the last apartment complex where I moved out due to not being satisfied with the way it was run and the way it was not maintained. So far I have been very impressed with the efficiency with which Chardonnay is run and maintained. The office and maintenance personnel have been very pleasant to deal with. They have been very professional and anything I have called about has been dealt with promptly. I would very highly recommend... for anybody to move in to an apartment in this complex.

I hate it here!

Moved in a week ago. Apt is small, dirty, smelly, has broken and missing parts. Manager said a week ago that maintenance would fix it. Have not seen or heard from anyone. I have seen dead snakes in the parking lot several times. Lady name Summer has a bad attitude when you tell her what is wrong with the apt
