Loud upstairs neighbor My upstairs neighbor frequently gets angry at stuff and shouts and slams the floor. While he isn’t cursing anymore, he still does this at odd hours of the day and night. He also seems to be purposefully stomp around, since I can pinpoint where exactly he is going in the upstairs unit by sound alone.
I work a stressful job so I like to have peace and quiet when I get back. The management has tried to help with this before, and to be fair it did help for a few months. But... gradually he kept getting louder and louder.
I have lived at this property for over 5 years and I’ve rarely had issues with noise before now. But this seems to be a persistent issue.

A Wonderful Place to Live! My roommate and I have lived at Nickel Creek for almost a year, and we have had a fantastic experience. The management team is kind and responsive. Any maintenance requests are dealt with swiftly and professionally. The grounds are kept up very well, and the apartments are spacious, well kept, and quiet! We have throughly enjoyed living here.
