Poor Condition Apartments
Pros: location
Cons: condition of apartment, appliances and poor maintenance. Washer smelled like mildew and had gunk in the drum that got in all my clothes. Cabinets, window sill and door all have damage that is considered “cosmetic” so maintenance refuses to fix it. Work orders take over a week to be addressed. Things were so awakwardly placed in the apartment (no hand towel rail in second bathroom, lots of light switches that only turn off outlets, light switches blocked by open doors). Lease... elsewhere if possible.
