Cyan/PDX continues to be the finest place I have ever lived. The parking management just got an upgrade without a price increase, community events are even better and well-suited for the busy residents, and community management and staff are as friendly, courteous, and proactive as ever.

I found out that several staff members received awards in the last week and I am not surprised. They have been so service-oriented and respectful to me in the going on six years I have lived here that we have...
enjoyed a lovely relationship.

The property and community have only improved and the allure of the restaurants, events, shopping, and transit have been a constant. The views are so great that my co-workers, colleagues, and friends have said they thought that I must be using an AI-generated background when attending virtual meetings.

Cyan/PDX is a remarkable value. I recommend you take a tour discover the convenience and vibe for yourself.

Great place to live in downtown. Cyan offers a peaceful environment with modern amenities, clean surroundings, and a well-maintained community. Perfect balance of convenience and comfort, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transit while still feeling calm and relaxing.

The employees at cyan are great! I really appreciate them. They do the best with what Greystar gives them to work with. The building is slowly falling apart though, despite only being 17 years old

It’s okay. A lot could be way better but it is what it is and is decent. They make some changes but overall it’s fine. The Amazon lockers are really nice and putting the 2nd set was an awesome decision they made and did!

Cyan is a beautiful building and located in a super convenient place. The price for living here isn't too bad, either. However there have been so many issues with facilities in the building (AC, water, mail delivery), so many maintenance check ins for no reason, and also communication between management. I really want to love Cyan, but there are definitely some issues.
