How Is This Rating Determined?

This is the best place to live

Well just so you know, I had a door slamming next door neighbor and the guy would leave his apartment 3-4 times a night, all after midnight and slam the door that was on the wall that my bed was against so it would wake me up EVERY - SINGLE - TIME. These guys here at Harrison Tower solved my problem, silenced the door and made it so I can sleep...keep in mind the door is SILENT...something technical I don't get but SEAN and RICHARD and BIG and LITTLE MIKE fixed my problem like POST HASTE!! I am... always eternally grateful and now I may never leave --

Been here FOUR YEARS + and its a GREAT PLACE

The building and community is clean, pet friendly and in the perfect location for my purposes. The staff here - they are great -- from the boys: Mike Mike, Michael and Richard to everyone in the front office the experience is easy peasy and I really don't have to sweat anything. Sky from front office proved today just HOW FABULOUS they are - I found a house cat hiding by my porch, she alerted the community and cat and cat person reunited. Seriously, who cares like that?? These folks do. My... experience only gets better.

Front Office (Tim)is so helpful

We recommended Harrison Tower Apartments. They have nice living environmentsas a whole. When we ask many complicated questions and requests to Tim at front office, he support us quickly and kindly solving problems! Sky at front office provides plenty informations about Portland. Their work is perfect. Moving in Harrison Tower Apartments in this week, residents we met are so friendly.

Front Office (Tim) is Great!

We highly recommend Harrison Tower Apartments. They have very nice units that are well maintained & have been updated...many with killer views. A very good value in downtown Portland. Super solid building. We had a really positive experience with the front office..from setting up a showing, viewing the apartment, all the way through the application process. Tim the Assistant Manager is so great. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, diligent & responsive. 5 stars.

Great Place, Friendly Staff

I recommend living here for a multitude of reasons: Some are a great facility with sizable units, friendly staff that is always happy to help with any request, a good location in the city that isn’t too overwhelming/noisy, and lastly great views in all units with ample natural light for those who need it.
I have lived here for about a year and have had no complaints.
