Constant power outages, manual heat that barely works, with no temperature control thats very expensive and no air-conditioning.

While I am a brand new resident of the Alden community, I did my online and in person reviews of all the available complexes in Tualatin. Alden checked all my boxes from their website to the professional management staff, the tour, all the paperwork to lease, the appearance of the whole complex, the size and quality of the apartments with the amenities included in the apartment, and everything it offers its residents all around the complex - even a secured, lock box delivery for Amazon packages.... And, I feel very safe and secure here.
