No Stars

Very poorly managed. Looked here for months. Very poor responses to emails or left phone messages. Lost apartment due to management error. No one really seemed to care. Will never rent from or recommend Barkentine.

My townhouse

Love the area. Townhouse is more than I expected and the staff are wonderful. It's know maintenance for me just what I wanted. I plan on being here for a long time.

Toured for potential lease

Toured the 2 and 3 story townhouses. They are absolutely beautiful. I'm interested in the 2 story and it had everything I wanted with the shed as a bonus for my bike. The location is perfect. I'm selling my house in the spring so the timing of them being completed is perfect. Can't wait to move.
