Franklin Square Phase 1 Townhomes

I lived in a 1 bedroom with a den with my husband and we had constant issues with misinformation and staff not filing complaints boosting things correctly (like our prior condition move in report).

Also when our air conditioning broke we went without it for a month with constant matinee fixes that never worked and again, misinformation. There was also nothing refunded or discounted due to this.

And finally we did have to end our lease early, but we were constantly given wrong information and... had to pay an extra 1000 ish dollars in fees because we missed one small line and no one bothered to say anything even when I constantly asked “am I doing this right? Is this correct”. Now it’s costing us at least 7000 just to move out. Which would be one thing , but with the cost of high rent the least they could do is not require 60 days rent after move out.
And to top it off we are getting charged for paint even though we DOCUMENTED the scuffed walls prior to move in, but the person who has since left the office failed to file it, as no one now can even locate my email.

We are extreamly frustrated at the lack of care and attention from the higher ups at this company. Do not live here, they do not care about you

I was staying in a loft for a year walls are very very thin. You can hear your neighbors entire conversation. Seem like they always charging extra fees additional to you rent for every little thing. Nice community but nowhere to stay to long I recommend looking more into the downtown area of York. Property manger is ehh
