The CRS program is open to REALTORS® who want to keep abreast of the latest sales and marketing techniques, and enhance their education and professionalism to better help my clients. Recently, I have obtained the coveted designation of CDPE. I have been an REO (Real Estate Owned) Realtor for 25+ years, working directly with banks and selling their foreclosed properties. And, I have been working with distressed sellers for years, but decided to join the elite group of Real Estate professionals who demonstrated their willingness to get the proper education to properly represent someone going through what can be a very complicated process - selling your home before it goes to foreclosure.
