Best decision ever

When I decided to sell my house and downsize, I went to gateway for a tour. From that point i was hooked. What a great place to move to. From the time Tracy and her staff started working with me, they made it such an easy transition. They kept me updated on my position on the waiting list so I knew when it was time to put my house on the market. This place has everything you need and then some. I just love what a great community-based apartment complex, with activities to meet your neighbors.... One of the best things is how pet friendly it is here. When I watch my daughter's dog he loves walking the neighborhood and going to the dog park. I did have to wait a bit for my spot but I was in no hurry because I knew my first floor apartment was perfect for me as I get older. I'm never going to have to move again. Lastly the maintenance team is so on top of everything, all you have to do is email any issue and they respond quickly and handle the issue, and what nice guys. This is just the perfect place for me to live, best decision I could make for myself.

Top Notch Staff Throughout

Whether it's an ant, a water drip or a faulty appliance it's taken care of quickly. Emergencies on nights and weekends gets responses. Simply the best crew.

Maintenance above and beyond

I had an emergent maintenance situation where I came home after hours to no heat. I call the office, and our on-call guy was quick to respond. In a timely manner, my heat was back on and running. We have the best maintenance staff in the valley.

BEST IN AREA

ALL personnel from beginning inquiries to move in and after are Excellent to work with. Friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful and just plain fun! Sets up a positive vibe!!
Apartment Complex is LOVELY! Individual Apartments as well.
