The Waterfront Apartments and Townhomes

Maintenance is a joke. They won't fix anything unless you harass them with phone calls. There are spiders and ants everywhere in the rooms. Save yourself some money and rent from a responsible landlord.

Waterfront Apartments is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I tried for three days to set up an appointment just to tour an apartment. I never got a response back. When I was finally able to schedule a tour after calling multiple times, we showed up for our tour and no one was there. I got a confirmation email, and the leasing office said there shouldn't be a problem and that someone would be there soon. Another man was waiting at the door to pay his bills, and no one answered him... either. We waited for over twenty minutes, called the contact numbers, and when someone finally came to the door, she said they had called me and emailed me to say they weren't doing in-person appointments at all. I never got any call or email. The woman there thought I was someone named "Connie." She didn't even bother to check her records or make up for the misunderstanding at all.
