The staff (crystal) is very helpful and easy to talk to. they will even go around and move packages that have been out for too long into delievery room to keep it more secure. The maintenance are also relativly fast to respond, often able to implement the fix on the same day. The space is good, but there are some occasional small vibration / noise from the train nearby. The building is dirty from when you first enter. The carpeting is beyond dirty and stained. The flooring in the lobby looks like it has not been professionally maintained.

First impression is everything correct. Take a look at the blinds of the leasing office when you first enter, they are a mess, missing blinds, and parts of blinds.

I had mold and mushrooms growing out of my kitchen. Don’t live here

Dirty until they occasionally clean. Scuffed and messed up walls that are never repaired. Thin walls. Noisy. Poor drying/washing. Horrible management.
