I’ve had ongoing mice, roaches, and water damage issues in my unit that were all documented through maintenance requests and were never properly resolved.

Despite reporting everything with evidence, the infestation problems and leaks kept coming back or were only temporarily patched. Nothing was ever fully fixed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving here. Rent is overpriced for what you get, and the renovations feel cheap and low quality. They also raised rent by $200 from 2025... to 2026. Read More

They are horrible this has to be the worst management on the planet earth they will put you in a unfinished unit and hide the things that need to be repaired don’t do it please

Irresponsible, careless and arrogant management. Infrastructure is going to dogs. Management doesn’t respond to even emergency requests. They are ripping off the tenants with unfair rentals policies. Don’t be deceived by the photos posted here. Use your money wisely

Manager never reply to any email or phone call, maintenance guys never fix anything, old units

my significant other called on 3/11 to schedule a tour of the premises. the representative that he spoken to had scheduled him for the next day at 3/12 at 12p. so when we show up, the office was closed and no one was answering. we called upper management AION about our concerns and they saw our reservation at 12. the thing is, the fact that you couldn't even schedule your time wisely shows me how the property is ran. thanks but no thanks
