Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will be responsible for any garbage or automotive-related city fines. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, extra cleanings are required once per month, with fees applied to the original reservation payment method. Monthly inspections of the home will be conducted with 24 hours' notice. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest/pet. Unauthorized late check-out will incur an additional $75 every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time. Lost keys, key fobs, or parking access swipe cards will result in a $300 charge. Lost parking pass tags will result in a $200 charge. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the house. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm. No loud music or disturbances. Mail/package deliveries are not allowed. No burning candles, incense, or any other open flames. No vaping or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The property is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Every first Tuesday of the month there is a required inspection and preventative pest treatment. Guests are required to complete a digital boarding pass via Enso Connect before check-in, including ID verification, signing the rental agreement, and agreeing to a security deposit or damage waiver. The $200 security deposit is a hold, not a payment, and is fully released upon checkout if everything is in order. The Accidental Damage Waiver is a one-time $25 non-refundable fee.
