Guests are required to clean up after their pets, and pets must be well-behaved. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the apartment. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Do not disrespect the neighbors. Mail and package deliveries are not allowed. There is a $1000 charge for smoking of any kind, and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary, including a $500 ozone treatment.
