Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest or pet. Unapproved late check-out fees are $75 every 30 minutes after 11 am. Hourly rate for extra cleaning is $100/hour. Lost front entrance key fob will result in a $250 charge. Lost parking pass or swipe card will result in a $250 charge.
