Paid parking garage options include Old City Parkominium (1 block away) and Old City Parking (3 blocks away), with fees varying from $15-35/night depending on the day of the week. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior written consent and a fee of $50 per pet for 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for 21+ nights and monthly stays. Guests must provide pet details for approval and agree to cleanliness, behavior, furniture, and leash/containment rules. A resolution link will be sent for pet fee payment, and door codes will not be activated until payment is made.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. For long-term stays, guests are required to remove garbage from the home and will be responsible for any garbage or automotive-related city fines. Guests staying 30 days or more are required to pay for extra cleanings, with one cleaning per month necessary. The partner will conduct monthly inspections with 24 hours prior notice. There is a no-smoking, no-parties, and no-events policy. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment fee. Tampering with doorbell cameras or the security system will result in a $500 charge. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest/pet. Lost keys, key fobs, or parking access swipe cards will result in a $300 charge. Lost parking pass tags will result in a $200 charge. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the house. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm. Mail/package deliveries are not allowed. No burning candles, incense, or any other open flames. No loud music or disturbances. Do not disrespect neighbors. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The property is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Every first Tuesday of the month, there is a required inspection and preventative pest treatment. Guests must complete a damage protection step, choosing between a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver or a fully refundable Security Deposit. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit, monitoring the building’s interior hallways; no interior cameras are present.
This apartment features fast Wi-Fi with 300+ MPS, making it remote work-friendly. A 4K UHDTV with Roku is also available for entertainment.
It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines. It is required that guests will need to pay for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 30 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home is necessary (1) once per month. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation. We will from time to time stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections.
