Smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited, and the violation fee is $1,000 + $500 ozone treatment + cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or any unapproved get-togethers. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only guests listed on your reservation are allowed, and undisclosed guests will incur a charge of $50 per person, per night. Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb others, and undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. Guests are responsible for trash, and fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility. A cleaning is required every 30 days and will be auto-charged to your original payment method. We conduct a brief inspection once a month, and you’ll receive at least 24 hours' notice.
