I have very much enjoyed my time at Rittenhouse Row so far. The apartment is in very good condition, with maintenance being very timely if needed. No complaints at all!

It’s been a good time here. Staff is great and maintenance guy Maleak is the absolute man. The elevators are a bit annoying but it is what it is.

Great staff and management fantastic support/repair time when needed. Good area, close to everything. Good gym apartment space, rent isn't cheap but it's a much better deal than the surrounding area's apartments

Brand new appliances and very spacious apartment. The staff were very helpful during my move in. For move in, I would suggest getting a street permit since it will be tough to park and unload otherwise.
