Frank served as the 2025 President of the Bucks County Association of Realtors. BCAR as it's known has about 4200 members in and around the area and is the second largest association of Realtors in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is the immediate past president of BCAR. Frank also serves as a Director for Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Suburban Realtors Alliance and The Bucks County Real Estate Institute. Frank has been in real estate for over 20 years. He’s with Keller Williams Real Estate where he was just recognized as ranking 10th in the region of 10,000 agents for his production. Frank belongs to the Keller Williams Luxury Division and has attained his CRS and ASR designations in real estate. When he’s not serving the real estate community, he loves to spend time with his love of his life, his wife, of 27 years and their 21 year old boy/girl twins, traveling the world and making memories together. Having lived in Huntingdon Valley most of my life, I graduated Lower Moreland High School in 1988 and moved back to the area after college. My knowledge of the area, schools and benefits you in choosing the right location to buy or helping you sell since I in have a firm handle of the market and its conditions. I was a top producer for Remax Allstars my first year in the business and was recently acknowledged as having one of the highest internet presences of any agent in Montgomery county by RE Stats Inc. to help drive buyers to my listings. I also insure that our buyers get a home warranty with their home purchases to insure that they are properly represented even after all the work in the transaction is complete! As a true real estate solutions provider, I continue to educate myself every year with new real estate designations to better serve the buyers and sellers in the marketplace. Having recently returned from the National Association of Realtors NXT Conference in Houston where I was the delegate body to represent our members and state in forwarding the mission of NAR's directive in providing advocacy to our Realtor members, home owners and the communities we serve.
