Such a great experience!!!!

During my recent search for an apartment. I was very impressed with the genuine helpful nature of the entire staff in the office. Joan and Kathy were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Kimberly went above and beyond. Even helping me transfer my utilities. Such a wonderful community and I look forward to living here!!!

Highly recommend

The Edge at Yardley is a great place to live! Kathy, Joan, and Kim have all been so helpful and sweet with anything I’ve needed. Jimmy and the other maintenance staff have been amazing as well! I’m happy to have found such a nice apartment complex

The Edge at Yardley

Coming from home ownership, this is the first place my wife and I have rented. Kim and the other ladies in the office truly made this an enjoyable experience. Kim showed us multiple units and was always there for my many questions. We highly recommend The Edge at Yardley!!! Ask for Kim

Do NOT Rent here

I have been in the complex for 3 years and I have seen it all. The rent is too high for what you get. All rules and requirements are meant to get more money from you. When I first moved in, it was $30 per month nonvoluntary fee to pick up your garbage at your door 7 days a week (which I never use). Now, it is 4 days a week, if they decide to come. Another example is they give you a "free" garbage can when you move in. Great!!! Now, when I am moving out, it has to be spotless upon return... or I will be charged $150. The last straw was, that my toilet broke on Friday around 7:00 pm, late I get it. However, they did not come to fix it until Monday morning at 8:40 am. It is a one-bathroom apartment. Avoid the headaches!

Great place to live!

We had an excellent experience with The Edge and highly recommend this lovely rental community. We recently had an issue in our apartment that we needed help with and Nafis came to the rescue! Nafis resolved the issue, going above and beyond to help us! The property manager, Joan, also was super helpful and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend The Edge!
