The community is better than most in the area and the rate of rent is fair. The amenities are good and the community is cleaner than others I have seen. Unfortunately however the carwash/ dog wash station is inactive due to a damaged drain in which it was stated it is due to new regulations on said amenities they need to have it shut down which is not true, there are flickering lights or burnt out completely around the whole campus on multiple buildings and they do not enforce no parking signs... as there was a motorcycle parked in a loading zone of a handicapped spot for multiple days during roof replacements as well as other non tagged handicapped vehicles parked in those spots. The community is good about annual power washing of the buildings and regularly having the landscaping upkeep done and overall the maintenance team is wonderful at doing their jobs in a timely manner. Unfortunately at this time however there has been an issue with misplaced or incorrectly documented rent payments that we are working on rectifying which is not putting a positive impression on the staff managing the office.

Regarding rent payments, our... records confirm that no funds were misplaced by onsite management. It appears a third-party payment program not affiliated with our community was used, which we are currently helping you work through directly to resolve.
