Love my apartment--spacious and definitely feels and looks like home!
Wonderful office staff! They are very helpful, always responding in a timely manner. Maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues which might arise.
Love the covered Mail Center and the Retreat with its fountain, grills, fire pits and picnic tables/chairs!

The Avenues at Verdier Pointe is a great community. Lots of amenities, quiet, and is in a great location in West Ashley! The office staff is GREAT! Shena is truly exceptional, and has gone above and beyond for me in the whole process, from the application process to me moving in. Love it here!
