The Avenues at Verdier Pointe is a great community. Lots of amenities, quiet, and is in a great location in West Ashley! The office staff is GREAT! Shena is truly exceptional, and has gone above and beyond for me in the whole process, from the application process to me moving in. Love it here!

From the first day I looked at the apartment, I knew I wanted to live in this apartment community. Everything is comfortable and visually pleasing. After a long day at work, coming home to this environment is what I look forward to. I am so glad that I was able to find an apartment here.
