The scale pool is lacking pool furniture. The workout facility can be upgraded. The punching bag broke a year ago and as yet to be added.
Despite those things I have enjoyed my stay. Staff very professional.

Maintenance response time has gotten better even though some issues aren’t being fixed properly in the unit. Rents have gone up, but services have not. Pool doesn’t function, corridors aren’t cleaned as frequently.

An overall quiet community of young professionals and students with only one or two blatantly noisy sports car exhaust notes per day. Other than the trash left outside some residents apartments, an overall pleasant atmosphere.

I do have a wonderful living experience in the canalside lofts apartment here! Hope everyone can come and live here, but I think if it could have one-month free for move in during august/september.
