Waters Edge at Harbison

Trash pick up needs to be at least twice a week and parking lots could use an upgrade, wider entry/exit space would be ideal. It would be cool to add a basketball court somewhere

I was blessed to find this place the complex itself is quiet working class everyone is respectful. The amenities are excellent and they keep the pool open longer than other complexes I’ve lived at.

This has been the worst apartment experience ever for me. Ive been here 7 months and have had nothing but trouble with my unit. The unit smells every time the air conditioner starts, the hot water didn’t work in the kitchen for about 3 months, two major leaks for units above that lead to property damage, my bathroom sink smells every time you turn on the water, I’m still finding pet hair from the previous tenants, did have hot water in the master bathroom for more than 5 minutes for the first 6... months(finally got a new water heater). Stray cats around the breezeway because someone keeps leaving cat food cans out. Kids banging on my door and running, I had to put up a cameras. Wonderful experience after almost 2 years. It's a quiet neighborhood, a great, friendly staff. Well maintained. We love the neighbors Love that community events have begun, to get to know the neighbors more.

A few maintenance hiccups in the beginning, but overall, all is well. I love the neighborhood and the surrounding attraction is a plus. Everything is in a 1 to 2-minute drive.
