A lot of turnover in management and maintenance. Affordable. Mostly pleasant neighbors and the location is great for parents with kids in Harbison west or even Irmo middle or high school

The grounds need improvement. The hallways and stairwells very dirty and dusty lots of mildew, spiderwebs, trash and some tenants keep their trash cans and trash all day outside of their apartment.

I love staying in this community, the environment is safe and quiet, the office staff are excellent and reliable. There is also an officer that is on property frequently.

The worse…..I’ve placed several requests that have gone unanswered. There is an ant and roach problem. The neighbors are noisy and loud both above and below. There’s dog poop covering every area that has grass. This is my second unit out here I can’t wait until this lease is complete. This apartment is severely overpriced.
