Air conditioning Issues It is 81 degrees in my home my ac has been given me issues for a few months and not until we have a heat wave has the decision been made to replace a coil that I am told could take a week or so it’s HOT your portable ac only cools one place in my home I have children I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled up to this point replace the entire thing whatever it takes to get my home and my children comfortable.

Garbage Spilled From Another Tenant I submitted a maintenance request for a garbage spill that was noticed when I left for a few days to visit my daughter and grandkids. The garbage was mostly food in nature...rice and so forth. I wasn't too please to see it still mostly there when I returned home after 3 days (Thu. thru Sat.). I'm not sure if some of it was eaten by any animals or pets of the neighbors as they as they walk their dogs out to relieve themselves. However, it was eventually cleaned... up and I'm grateful for that.

Excellent Job by DQ I submitted maintenance requests on May 24th & 25th regarding a couple if damaged vertical blinds around my patio door as well as a metal piece found inside my dishwasher bottom floor. It couldn't be determined where the metal piece came from, but ut wasnt affecting the use of my dishwasher. He said he will put it in their storage area if it should be discovered later to be any use to tge dishwasher. He also replaced the 2 damaged vertical blind slats. I'm grateful fir his... prompt attention to my requests.

DQ Technician DQ was extremely courteous and showed a professional and knowledgeable attitude towards me and fixing our problem. He explained the process of determining what was wrong and explained in detail. It's comforting to see someone who genuinely cares and goes that extra mile to ensure we are happy.
