Very nice place Nice neighbors at least the ones that we have met so far and maintenence personnel are very friendly and welcoming and so were the office personnel haven't gotten out much yet still unpacking and thats a long and tiring process but we are planning on being here for a while so we have plenty of time to tour the property and see the whole community looks extremely nice in the pictures and we love our new place alot..

Pest Control I put in a request for some pest control due to seeing quite a few bugs of late that looked like elongated ants. I'm sure if they are coming into my apartment area more because I'm on the 1st or ground floor level and they are trying to escape the outside heat. They also looked strange to me...as I mentioned earlier, elongated ants. I Googled the description of it and got back an answer as to it possibly being an Oriental ant.

Anyway when the exterminator came to spray my apartment... , his spraying left quite a bit of wet residual on my floors that I had to dry up with paper towels. I'm not sure if he had something that would've been more quick-drying to spray, but that would have been more appreciated for my stocking feet or barefoot walking in and around those areas.

So, I'm not sure if my wiping up of the pest control solvent the exterminator used msy have diminished the effectiveness of his visit, but I'm stll sering these bugs day-to-day in my apartment. Suffice to say, I'm not too pleased with the results.

Stars awarded for:
1. Prompt response
2. Engaging and polite exterminator
3. Took action by actually spraying pestcide

No stars for:
1. Wet residual on floors from pesticide spray.
2. Live bugs still appearing in apt.

Above and Beyond - Maintenance Team Top tier maintenance team, they all do an amazing job. But for the review I must highlight DQ, he's new this year and I applaud whomever hired him... Great selection. He's on point, great customer service (even when it's 300 degrees outside) and he makes sure to follow up and follow thru when there's an issue.
