Groves at Berry Creek

I lived there a little over 5 years. The apartments are very nice overall. Management has shuffled around several times. If you are single and not family oriented then you should not have any problems. The drug use in the parking lot and theft from vehicle break ins became a problem. This became a recurring problem going in to my 3rd year there. The dog park was stripped of grass and replaced with cheap mulch. Any time it would rain the park would flood due to the mulch plugging the runoff drain... . Plus no one cleaned up after their animals waste. The Groves really went around 2021. It started out great. This place is great. Well kept, lots of amenities, activities, services. Friendly staff. My 2bd/2br is very bright and spacious. My biggest gripe is the noise. The walls, ceilings, and floors are So. Painfully. Thin. I can hear my upstairs AND downstairs neighbors entire conversations... among other things. I don't expect silence but my goodness I shouldn't hear the dog's tail hit the floor. The unit I wanted became unavailable at the last minute and sometimes I wish I had just waited for it to... be available again.
I want this to be the place I settle into, I just hope my loud, wildly inconsiderate neighbors move. Read More

This apartment complex at Berry Creek is amazing! ?? It has spacious units, friendly staff, and awesome amenities like a pool and gym. Plus, it's in a great location. Highly recommend! ??

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Neighbors are loud and rude. Management does nothing. All they care about is the rent. Neighbors getting arrested for drugs and domestic situations. It’s like the hood in here. I do not recommend this place.
