Stove Repair Our Maintenance man was wonderful! He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and was through very fast! The stove works fine now. The Groves is just a great place to live.

I’ve called this apartment complex home for over seven years, and while I’ve seen many changes in staff, the current team is on another level. Any place has pros and cons but truthfully living here, the pros supersede the cons!

I have lived at this complex for over seven years, and during that time, I’ve seen various management teams, leasing consultants, and maintenance... crews come and go. I can confidently say that the current team is the absolute best. They are incredibly attentive and the communication is top-tier.

I want to give a personal shout out to the Property Manager, Rachel. She is personable, down to earth, and a true woman of her word. Her determination to make this a great place to live is evident. I also want to recognize Vinnie, the Maintenance Supervisor. He is always respectful when entering my home and works tirelessly to keep the property looking beautiful. Great staff and maintenance Whenever I need maintenance the ladies get it scheduled so quickly.

Maintenance Repair to Stove on 2/2/25 The maintenance man came in and fixed the problem quickly. When he finished I asked questions as I always do with any issue that may come up in the apartment. I also noticed that he put a part in the bottom of the stove. When I asked what it was he took the part out and told me that he thought that I had put the part on the back of the stove. I told him that there was no one in this apartment that knew anything about putting anything on the back of stoves. I... reminded him that there were two men that came by some months back and they put one on my stove and they said every stove in this apartment complex would have one. I could not understand why the maintenance man didn’t ask me about the part, but would assume that I would put a part on the stove.
