This home features spacious living areas and tasteful decor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided.
A starter supply of soap, bath tissue, and dishwasher detergent is provided. All reservations include sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishtowels, and bathmats. Crib sheets and beach towels are not supplied. Guests may send and receive faxes, have photocopies made, and access wireless internet free of charge.
Nestled just a 2-minute drive from the heart of historic Georgetown, this home offers the ideal blend of modern comfort and coastal charm.
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A $100 holdover fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is available for a fee of $125, plus tax, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. Late check-out is not permitted during June and July. During other times, a limited number of 12:00 p.m. late check-outs are offered for a fee of $125, plus tax, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. All properties are non-smoking homes and villas. A $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of this policy and billed to the credit card on file. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent.
In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to natural disasters, guests must vacate the premises immediately. Unless Travel Insurance has been purchased, there will be no reimbursement for a mandatory evacuation. [SI]
