For the most part our move in process and experience was decent, however, when it comes to registering for the resident portal we (my partner and I) have been experiencing difficulties that hindered our ability to transition smoothly. As our profile was/is still listed as an "Applicant" not a "Resident" we were unable to pay "Move-In Fees" virtually and had to go purchase Money Orders to pay said fees. Currently, we are still unable to access the Resident Portal to make Rental Payments or to... submit maintenance requests. In efforts to resolve this issue, we have called the Rent Cafe - Customer Service Line who instructed us to speak with management due to there being a systematic issue on Crestmont's end. We relayed this message to management and asked for a ticket to be submit on our behalf (per the Rent Cafe's direction) but the issues persist and we're still unable to register for and/or access the Resident Portal.
