Great unit! The community is really quiet. Easy access to gym, club house and pool. Office staff is very nice and accommodating. My move in process was very easy and they kept in touch all the way through the process

Absolutely love living here. I just met the new manager Danielle in the office and she is so pleasant and friendly. Such a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. I don’t really need much but it’s still nice to know I can come in and talk if needed. Definitely recommend aster to anyone I know.

My credit check and background check is always excellent. But still my application was conditional approved for invalid reason - because my SSN was created after 2011, and this reason doesn't make sense. I lived in USA since 2016 and lived in 4 different states, and my applications were always standard approved. Due to which my Rhino premium shot up, and I opted for hefty security deposit.
However the apartment and amenities are great.

I’ve had such a great experience at The Aster so far! Danielle, the new property manager, is amazing — super friendly and really on top of things. Jared, the leasing agent, made the move-in process a breeze and was so helpful with all my questions. The community is clean, quiet, and feels really safe. I love my apartment, and maintenance has been quick and easy to work with. Definitely recommend The Aster to anyone looking for a great place in Mauldin!
