I never leave reviews good or bad, but this time I felt like I needed to because your apartment is supposed to be your sanctuary, your place of Peace. this is not. It really is all a facade. yeah sure. they painted the building blue. yeah they fixed the fence somewhat fix the sidewalks but what about the inside? and when I mean the inside I mean the employees and the actual building. what about the ceilings falling in? what about all the bugs? what about my vent in the bathroom that was leaking... water anytime we had heavy rain that most likely had black mold in it, never got fixed anytime they did come in to do anything very rude. didn't speak. I try to be polite because they're in my home but didn't feel mutual. they also have a hard time keeping up with staff and I understand why.... just honestly saying if you're thinking about moving here, think twice.. Had a tour with Stacy, the apartment I was shown was really great, pricing was legit for the area. Hopefully will still have a unit available In August when I am ready to move in.

My stepdaughter moved in and they had plenty of notice! The water heater had to replaced AFTER she moved in and there was no hot water! The air and heat is just a window unit that is EXTEREMELY old and does not work at all! It was DIRTY and they were very unprofessional when I had to go and speak to them 3 times in the office. Also smells like skunk weed all the time! These are facts and not just a rant.

Roach infested...I developed medical issues from a cockroach allergy. I literally could sweep them up daily even though pest control came all the time. The pest guy said it was infested. Old falling apart, maintenance does nothing. The pool is always broken or closed.The laundry almost never works. The worst place I have ever lived. Upper management doesn't care what happens to you.

Be ready to sweat in your apartment during the summer. 80 plus degrees in your apartment while your AC blows hot air. They will not fix it no matter how much you complain. On your way to do your laundry you will be greeted by the cockroach social. Some even like you so much you'll find them in your apartment. Talking full grown flying kind. I can't understand for the life of me why are they this expensive for such little value.
