How Is This Rating Determined?

Not what it seems

I've lived here for 5 months. The washer/dryer make sure it works and doesn't leak every time you use it. Make sure you have screens on your windows. It has been repainted but over the dust and grime. Tub is either clogged or something, water continues to back up. Ceiling leaked due to defective washer leaking upstairs. There's no microwave and it not a double vanity.
Might be the size of a small vanity but only 1 sink. Maintenance nor the property manager seem to care. Ended up paying $100+... what I was quoted because I signed a 12 month lease instead of 6 months. That makes no sense.

Beautiful and private

Visited Tree Top Apartment when I was looking to move to Spartanburg. Loved the new apartments and how private it felt being surrounded by the woods and nature. I saw the new one bedroom and two bedroom - both were so nice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartments nestled in greenery!

I was looking for a 2 bed in Spartanburg and stumbled across Tree Top Apartments. What a fantastic property! The apartments are newly renovated and have high quality finishes. We are considering moving to Spartanburg and this would definitely be where we would move to! Friendly & Informative leasing team too. Highly recommend.
