Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
