My rating Most of my experience has been with maintenance. A few times I was unhappy with the results. The recent snowstorm was not. While my opinion is all that I can us to judge, I thought that clearing of the snow and ice should have occurred sooner.

Icy parking lots The streets and parking lots have not been cleaned up of the ice , makes it hard to move the cars, hard to walk to dispose of trash , I’ve witnessed someone slip on the ice a few days ago. Several residents were talking about how yall should have scooped some of this ice even if you had to rent equipment or hire someone

Maintenance request When I submitted my request it was not only for my apartment but the entire building 4. Over the weekend there was a loss in water pressure. I just wanted the office to know the problem if they were not aware of it. The problem was resolved the first business day.
